Quality control is the name given to the things a business does to ensure its products/services are maintained or improved 

and that any errors or mistakes that can be made during the product or service creation and delivery are kept to a minimum.

Each business has to define specifically what their standard of quality is in order to ensure they can meet this standard they promise to their customers.

 

As a business owner you will then decide what specific processes you want to put in place to ensure this quality is met. Examples include:
